About
Hi Everybody,
My name is Phyllis Jean Robinson. I am an avid reader and an author of four published stories in the Romance genre. These books are Never Give Up On Love/ Another Chance to Love, Royalty in a Cedar Box and Love’s Comfort and Joy.
I wrote Grace and Mercy Brought Us Through, a work of Historical Fiction based loosely on the life of my great-grandfather, a former slave who grew up in Mississippi during the Civil War. My most recent book is Ambra's Charm, a mystery.
I have two grown daughters, two sons in laws, a beautiful granddaughter and a wonderful Mother who is my inspiration and my role model . I attended the Chicago Public Schools; graduated from Morgan Park High School and attended Chicago State University where I received both my Bachelors and a Masters of Science in Education. I am a retired Chicago public school teacher, with 35 years of service. I am a member of Trinity United Church of Christ where I served for many years as a member of the Trustee Ministry and I hold membership in the Hurston-Hughes Writers Ministry.
I am a member of Tau Gamma Delta Sorority, Inc. a national Business and Professional Women’s organization. Right now, am living a charmed life doing what I love and enjoy doing, whenever I feel like it.
